FEM eeprom data repair - Flippy89 - 08-25-2026
Hello guys, anyone have idea or tutorial how to fix broken/corrupted eeprom data of Fem module. I have one old module with corrupted data on it and trying to figure it out in case this happen in future. Any advice, idea will be much appreciated

Hello ! First please explain how did you corrupt it so i can tell you what you did wrong (explain procedure you did), do you need other fem adapted or ?

I didn't broke it down as that was given to me from another locksmith to practice. I was told he probably done bad reading with Autel and write down service file but with probably not full data on it. Actuall problem is when i try to downgrade it show: " No softwate information" or something similar and abort processing. I tried to solder new eeprom and write down eeprom data from another fem but still not working.
P.s. I'm trying to learn how to revive it in case this happen to me in future.

May i know the exact car and year ? also which tools do you have.
