VAG TCU module - StefanDST - 08-20-2026

Main Features:
  • Support for DQ200 MQB, DQ250 MQB, VL300, VL381, DL382, DL501, DQ200 MQB Gen2, DQ500, DQ381, DQ380, DQ400, AL551, AL552, AL420, and AL951 modules with Immo 4 and Immo 5.
  • Editing all immobilizer data stored in the EEPROM.
Working with the Module

The module works with files in which the immobilizer data is encrypted. It verifies that the loaded data meets this requirement.
To begin, load the flash and EEPROM files . The module automatically checks the loaded files and displays the available options for loading the required data.
During loading, the file sizes are checked to ensure they are valid.
After the data has been loaded successfully, you can begin working with the immobilizer data.
For Immo 4 modules, the following data can be modified: VIN, Immo ID, CS, MAC, and PIN.
For Immo 5 modules, the following data can be modified: VIN, CS, MAC, PowerClass, and immobilizer status. The following statuses are available:
  • Not Learned
  • Learned
  • Bad Learned
Immobilizer data can be edited manually or by copying values into the corresponding fields.
After making the required changes, save the modified files. The entered data is validated before it is saved.
For certain TCU types, both the flash and EEPROM files are saved.
Important Note:
For DQ200 MQB   DQ200 Gen2 MQB DQ250 DQ400 DQ380 DQ381 DQ500 ZF Al552 DL382 Immo OFF option also available in each coresponding module
For DQ200 MQB   DQ200 Gen2 MQB DQ250 DQ380 DQ381 DQ500 Mileage Corection also available
To process the immobilizer data correctly, the flash and EEPROM files must come from the same TCU. Using files from different TCUs will result in incorrect data decryption.
